Navigating RCSD Help Center
The RCSD Help Center has numerous guides relating to many subjects. Guides can be viewed by searching for keywords related to you your issue, browsing based on topic, or viewing recently created articles.
Search
The search bar inside of the help center can be used to search for article titles. This is best used with keywords related to your specific issue. The help center will recommend guides that contain your search in the article title. If you don’t see the guide you're looking for, press Enter/return to complete a more in-depth search, that looks into the article's contents.
Browsing by Topic
From the Help Center's main page, you will see various topics. These are separated into categories based on issue type. Clicking on these subjects will show you all guides that fall into the respective category.
Recent Activity
The last place to view guides is the Recent Activity section. This section will show recently created guides and have a direct link to them.
Chat
Chat is available in the bottom right corner of the help center. This will let you chat with an RCSD technician to resolve your issue.
Submitting a Request
If you are not able to solve your issue with the available guides, you can submit a request. At the top of the Help Center's main page, there is a Submit a request button. Clicking this will begin the ticket process, and ask you some questions relating to your issue. After submitting the request it will be reviewed by one of our technicians and assigned to the appropriate work queue.
