Accessing Your W-2 Electronically

2023 W-2 forms will be accessible for employees on January 31, 2024.

1. Navigate to the Frontline ERP for California (Employee Portal)
   • Open a web browser, preferably Google Chrome.
   • Use the following link to access the Employee Portal.
     
     
2. Sign In
   • Username: Utilize your RCSD District-provided email account (e.g., dmercer@rcsdk8.org)
   • Password: This password might differ from your District email password. You set this password when creating your account. If you've forgotten your password, please use this link to change your password.
   • Click the "Sign In" blue button on the page.
     
     
3. Access Payroll Information
   • Select "My Payroll" from the left-side navigation menu.
     
     
4. Navigate to W-2 Forms
   • On the Payroll History tab, scroll down to the bottom until you reach the W-2s/1095-C section.
     
     
5. Retrieve Your W-2
   • Utilize the provided icons to either view or download your W-2 or 1095-C (as shown below)
