Navigate to the Frontline ERP for California (Employee Portal)
- Open a web browser, preferably Google Chrome.
- Use the following link to navigate to the Employee Portal.

Reset your Employee Portal Account Password
In order to successfully register, the information you provide must match the information already on file with your employer.
- Email: Use your previous Employee Portal email account (e.g., dmercer@placercoe.org).
- First Name: You must match the first name on your employee record in Escape.
- Last Name: You must match the last name on your employee record in Escape.
- Date of Birth: Enter your birthdate in MM/DD/YYYY format.
- Last 4 SSN: Provide the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
- Home/Mobile Phone: Ensure the phone number provided matches the one recorded in your Escape employee profile. (Tip: If you have updated your Home/Mobile phone number since joining RCSD, consider trying the phone number you had during your onboarding.)

Create Password:
- Follow the password criteria below:
- Contains at least 8 characters
- Contains 1 lowercase character(s)
- Contains 1 upper case character(s)
- Contains 1 numerical character(s)

'~!@#$%^8*0_+-=
- Follow the password criteria below:

Confirm Password
- Click "Reset."
- After entering all required information, locate and click the blue "Reset" button at the bottom of the page.

Validate your Account within 5 Minutes
- You will receive instructions to authenticate your account either via email or phone. Opt for the phone option to ensure you receive the notification.
- Complete the authentication process within 5 minutes to finalize your account creation.

Sign In
- Username: Use your previous Employee Portal email account (e.g., dmercer@placercoe.org).
- Password: Use the Password set in Step 3 above.
- Choose the Organization to log in to when prompted.

Update Email Address
- After signing in, click on your name at the top right and select "Settings."
- In My Settings, click the "Change" button to update your Username email address to your current one.
- Confirm the change in the pop-up window.
- Utilize the new email address and password for all future logins.
